May brings over 18 years of diverse experiences in varied roles including Commercial, Executive Search and Human Resources specializing in Healthcare, Lifesciences and Industrial sectors before joining J&J. Her exposure to Professional Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Human Resources gained from Executive Search across various industries has helped honed her expertise and skills before joining Johnson & Johnson. May’s career with Johnson & Johnson started in 2015 in Talent Acquisition and was leading the function for Singapore before her rotation to a HR Business Partner role in 2018. In her regional HR Business Partner role, she partnered closely with the Enterprise Supply Chain function in APAC to support and advance the talent and diversity agenda in building critical capabilities required in the region. Her latest role sees her leading Talent Acquisition for Southeast Asia in setting the strategic direction and leading a team that best serves the needs of acquiring strong talents for the organization. May continues her partnership to drive regional Talent Acquisition priorities and deliver to functional priorities while continuously refining a positive employee and candidate experience. She is passionate about talents and her mission is to make an impact in help talents to realize their potential wherever she goes.
