Leesa designed and executed a region wide best practice talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent, managed regional team of fourteen recruiters across sixteen countries in growth markets supporting all lines of business and functions at Mercer, Singapore. She created, implemented and lead Google's Asia Pacific recruiting strategy underpinned by diversity objectives to achieve hiring targets at scale whilst optimizing hiring manager and candidate experience at Google, Singapore from November 2014 to April 2016 when she was the talent acquisition lead. Leesa is currently the head of talent engagement, Asia Pacific at Diageo, Singapore. She has her eye on global trends but with a regional focus, leads a dedicated group of talent acquisition professionals at Google who help solve toughest business challenges by providing talent assurance for our future organization.
